People experienced in supporting
themselves with website income often say that somewhere around the three
month mark you may well find yourself quite discouraged and disappointed
with your progress.
I will admit to having my moments . . . Usually I ask God - or the universe
- or whomever you might ask - to send me a sign. To let me know that I am
on the right path. And, well . . . sure enough - I do get the signs!
Several times when I was
beginning to wonder - a big purchase would be made and that was all I
needed. Not always a big purchase though - sometimes a big jump in traffic
for a new-ish website, sometimes when I was checking my statistics I would
notice traffic from a major website that recommend my new website. Lots of
great little things. Don't forget to notice them! They will tell you. YES!
You are doing what you should be doing!
The goal of this website - I hope you recall - is not to get rich quick -
but to build a reliable steady income to support yourself WELL and to live a
good life while working for yourself ANYWHERE in the world that you choose.
You can do it. You just have to do it. Nike says, "Just do it" for a
reason. And that reason is that you have NO EXCUSES not to do it. So - get
out of analysis paralysis and get moving. As Tim Ferriss in Four Hour Work
Week says, "Ready Fire Aim" - just get started and learn and adjust as you
go.
My web skills are not fantastic - but they are good enough to build a nice
income. You don't have to be a genius, techie, nerd or anything else.
Regular people like you and me can do it!
Get off your duff - and go do it. Fire! Then aim . . .
